Depending on the final design, our MOQ can be as little as 1 parasol, with lead times from 3 weeks.

Our Bespoke Process
We keep the process straightforward and collaborative from start to finish.
- Initial Consultation
We discuss your space, usage, design preferences and budget, helping define the right specification. - Design & Specification
Print, finishes, embellishments and branding are finalised. We can print to any Pantone colour reference [coated / TCX]. We require artwork and logos in high-res vector format [ai / eps]. Alternatively, we have a Design Team can produce the fabric print artwork for you. - Visuals & Approval
We will provide a set of design visuals for you to review and we can continue to amend based on your feedback. Once the design is approved, we will provide a final Print Proof for final approval. Pre-production sample(s) can also be produced and approved via photos & videos [in around 10 days], or we can provide a physical sample if required [2.5 weeks]. - Production
Typically, we hold stock of parasol frames in the UK so we can produce your bespoke canopies and then attach to our frame stock. This typically takes 2 weeks. If bespoke frames / sizes are required longer lead times will be applied. As a rough guide, typically our frames take 60 days to manufacture + delivery time - Delivery
If using our UK stock frames, we can deliver to the UK on a Next Day Delivery, or to worldwide addresses via air freight / sea freight or road freight, depending on how fast you need the parasols.

Lead Times & Order Quantities
As all bespoke parasols are made to order, lead times vary depending on specification and complexity.
- Typical lead times will be confirmed at quotation stage – this can be as little as 3 weeks
- No minimum order quantities for using our stock parasols frames – over 30 different options to choose from
- Minimum order quantities may apply if bespoke sizing is required
