Premium 43l Water Filled Base
Our premium 43l plastic parasol base offers a flexible and portable solution for securing your parasol, designed to be filled with water, sand, or a combination of both. Made from premium matt black plastic, it has a side valve so you can fill it with water, giving a base weight of around 43kg. The base can be easily emptied and refilled in a matter of a minute or two. If you are after a heavier option and plan to keep the base more permanently filled, fill with sand or sand & water.
It comes with caster wheels for easy movement, allowing you to adjust your parasol’s position without hassle.
With UK stock available, we can provide next working day delivery if you order before 1 pm. There’s no minimum order quantity, and the base accommodates central poles of 32mm, 38mm, and 48mm, with an adapter provided for versatility.
Ideal for parasols ranging from 2m to 2.5m, depending on their placement, this base is best used in conjunction with a table for added stability.
You should choice the base appropriate to the size of the parasol, the position of the parasol (free standing / with table etc) and the location (exposed / sheltered etc).
Always fully secure your parasol with a heavy base. Each of our parasols, have a spec sheet that you can download. On page 2 you will find a table that lists what bases are compatible with your parasol. This indicates the weight of what you need. Please take into consideration the location in which you place you parasol, any area that is exposed please ensure you go for the heavier weight options.
Please be aware that our parasols are designed to be used in conjunction with a base through a table. Whilst they don’t have to be used in this way, with the British weather we cannot offer a guarantee should they be used free standing or in any other way.
No, we can supply bases to any customer. Parasols are not a pre requisite!
Water filled bases can be sent through the courier network. We use DX or DHL to deliver. Any of our other bases need to be palletised due to their weight. We will palletise the bases – whether it is one or more – and deliver via Palletways.
